UX/UI Manager

What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions.
• Define project requirements with cross-functional teams and support successful delivery.
• Manage agile processes, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to maintain high-quality code and design.
• Monitor project progress, address delivery risks, and manage software resources.
• Mentor team members through one-on-one meetings and performance assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience managing teams or software projects.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming, debugging, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage software projects and resources effectively.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications or training.
