What you will do

• Develop creator and influencer strategies aligned with country and regional priorities across Europe.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage relationships with creators, agencies, and talent partners.
• Lead creator campaigns from briefing and contracting through execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Build community advocacy, encourage user-generated content, and monitor community sentiment.
• Develop social-first content strategies with creative, brand, and marketing teams, amplifying content through organic and paid channels.
• Use social listening, AI-enabled tools, and performance data to identify trends, creators, audience insights, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience managing creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or social media programmes for consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of current social platforms and the European creator landscape.
• Experience delivering end-to-end creator campaigns and measuring performance against business objectives.
• Experience managing budgets and demonstrating measurable business outcomes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and autonomous working skills.
• Availability to attend the office twice a month and important meetings; some travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer technology, gaming, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience covering live events or gaming activations.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
