UX Designer - Developer Experience (DevEx) (Developer Tools/Fintech): Designing developer-facing dashboards, API reference surfaces, sandbox flows, and error states for a payment infrastructure platform with an accent on information-dense interfaces and trustworthy integration experiences. Focus on discovering developer needs, structuring technical information, and collaborating closely with product management and engineering.
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

provides payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia and is expanding into Greater China and Latin America, offering APIs, eCommerce integrations, KYC, fraud prevention, payroll, loan, and disbursement solutions.
What you will do
- Design the developer dashboard and integration surfaces.
- Structure documentation and API reference information in partnership with Engineering and content.
- Design error states, empty states, sandbox experiences, and testing flows that help developers resolve blockers.
- Conduct discovery with developers and translate validated findings into product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the Developer Experience Product Manager and Engineering as the design owner for developer-facing surfaces.
Requirements
- Strong product-design craft demonstrated through a portfolio.
- Experience designing technical, developer-focused, or data-dense products.
- Comfort designing information-dense interfaces, dashboards, tables, and complex states.
- Ability to partner effectively with engineers and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience designing documentation, API references, or developer tools.
- Technical literacy.
- Fintech experience.
