Location: El Segundo, California, United States. Applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR requirements, including U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected persons.

Salary: $100,000–$170,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage hirify.global’s relationships with external platforms, forums, and professional networks.
• Execute sponsored content, contributed articles, and other editorial opportunities aligned with hirify.global’s brand standards.
• Develop the go-to-market communication strategy for the RAPID product development platform in collaboration with engineering.
• Create technical explainers, one-pagers, social content, and other product and marketing assets for engineers, program managers, and government leaders.
• Produce technical content across social media, op-eds, blog posts, industry publications, video, events, and branded materials.
• Shape hirify.global’s position on industrial-base and policy topics with the CEO, VP of Growth, engineering, and creative teams.

Requirements

• Experience in technical journalism, product marketing, engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and exceptional judgment.
• Ability to translate complex engineering and manufacturing capabilities into accurate, credible content.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering, design, growth, and executive leadership.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR.
