What you will do

• Perform comprehensive transthoracic echocardiographic examinations according to American Society of Echocardiography guidelines and Neko clinical protocols.
• Acquire, label, interpret, and report high-quality cardiac images, including Global Longitudinal Strain evaluations.
• Integrate echocardiographic findings into members’ broader preventive health assessments.
• Collaborate with the Miami Medical Area Lead, consulting cardiologists, and the multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Participate in cardiology MDT meetings, quality assurance activities, audits, and peer review.
• Follow escalation protocols, document findings accurately, troubleshoot imaging equipment, and contribute to improving echo protocols.

Requirements

• ARDMS RDCS or CCI RCS certification in adult echocardiography, enabling independent reporting without routine cardiologist co-signature.
• At least two years of post-certification independent reporting experience.
• Ability to perform and interpret a full range of transthoracic echocardiography studies, including Global Longitudinal Strain.
• Strong communication skills for explaining findings to members and clinical colleagues.
• Commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing professional development.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

• Experience with 3D echocardiographic imaging.
• Experience integrating echo findings into preventive or longitudinal health assessments.
• Experience in a high-volume or technology-forward clinical setting.
• Involvement in clinical research, protocol development, or health technology initiatives.
