What you will do

• Design and deploy advanced LLM models for complex real-world workflows across healthcare, government, and energy.
• Build scalable data pipelines and optimize models for production performance and accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models across government and institutional use cases.
• Translate research breakthroughs into practical AI solutions and measurable customer outcomes.
• Work directly with government officials and collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and apply high-quality engineering practices.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of industry experience in applied machine learning or related AI work.
• BSc, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI applications such as agents, reasoning workflows, or RAG systems.
• Understanding of large language model architecture and operation.
• Experience implementing models with PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, software engineering, problem-solving, and collaborative work.
