Product Implementation Specialist (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-native Finance OS for enterprises, connecting finance, procurement, and operations workflows with intelligent approvals, payments, and real-time visibility.

What you will do

• Support customer kickoffs, training sessions, setup calls, and onboarding activities.
• Guide finance, treasury, and procurement users through platform workflows, features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, Implementation Managers, and Customer Success to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Track implementation progress and milestones while keeping internal teams and customers informed.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the product and implementation processes.
• Refine onboarding playbooks and documentation to standardize global customer implementations.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of a business, engineering, economics, finance, or related program.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, initiative, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills for customer-facing work.
• Interest in the intersection of finance, technology, and AI.
• Comfort with tools such as Notion, Excel, or HubSpot and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle ambiguity, and build trusted customer relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience or internship exposure in SaaS, consulting, or financial services.
