What you will do

  • Create, respond to, and improve platform alerts and runbooks.
  • Monitor the platform, identify issues, and triage incidents.
  • Assess incident impact, communicate clear summaries, and escalate incidents to the appropriate owner teams.
  • Lead incidents when required and execute mitigation actions to restore services.
  • Write, test, secure, and maintain documented scripts and automation.
  • Work autonomously on complex technical initiatives and improve service reliability with senior and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and automation.
  • Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently on complex technical topics.
  • Clear and structured communication during incidents, with a proactive focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
