What you will do
- Devise and manage end-to-end media plans to drive lead generation and active user growth.
- Optimize media campaigns daily to meet key KPIs including CPL, CVR, CPC, and CPA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer segments and maximize conversion efficacy.
- Monitor digital customer behavior and identify new MarTech tools for deeper marketing insights.
- Implement A/B testing, multivariate testing, and attribution models to improve performance.
- Analyze site traffic and user journeys to reduce drop-off rates and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ads optimization, or media buying.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEM, SEO, LINE Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
