What you will do

• Write, test, debug, and maintain code for software development projects, focusing on complex and critical components.
• Collaborate on requirements, specifications, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Provide technical expertise and support as a subject matter expert in relevant domains.
• Research and propose solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
• Assess new technologies and best practices while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in at least one software language and development methodology.
• Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ownership of complex technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications or training.
