Product Director (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Paris, France; on-site. Relocation support is available.

Creates mobile games and apps, including hybrid-casual titles, and publishes products for a global audience.

What you will do

• Build and manage a portfolio of high-potential game studios through outreach, industry events, and partnerships.
• Guide studios on product strategy and creative direction to develop strong, marketable prototypes.
• Lead game launches by defining product vision, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Own the full P&L of assigned games, focusing on growth and profitability.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform future product development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment such as consulting, banking, technology, or startups.
• Strong strategic thinking, product sense, and analytical skills.
• Passion for gaming and consumer products, with the ability to own complex projects autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Russian required.
