What you will do

• Guide semiconductor fab process materials market participation and growth strategy for ALD/CVD applications.
• Maintain customer Process-of-Records maps and assess future ALD/CVD requirements and technology trends.
• Gather, validate, and analyze customer and competitor intelligence from strategic customers, conferences, and standards meetings.
• Translate Voice of Customer insights into actionable Sales, Key Account, product, and commercial strategies.
• Support technical meetings, value selling, customer engagement, training, and key new product introductions.
• Contribute to near-term and long-term market assessments and strategy development with global functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15 or more years of semiconductor experience, including semiconductor fab-related technical or applications experience in ALD/CVD.
• Understanding of semiconductor technology, Logic and Memory devices, process integration, or market analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required, including presentations to senior internal and external contacts.
• Strong technical and business acumen, critical thinking, data analysis, decision-making, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant STEM field.
• Seven or more years of experience working with leading Logic and Memory companies.
• Experience in semiconductor fabrication, materials, equipment, or specialty chemicals manufacturing.
• Experience developing product, technology, or commercial strategies.
