What you will do

• Develop software supporting HRT's expansion into new global markets.
• Own the technical process of entering new markets and manage market changes over time.
• Optimize trading operations in existing markets.
• Collaborate with algorithmic trading and operations teams.
• Analyze, fix, and improve software designs and implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience with C++.
• Familiarity with UNIX operating systems and command-line tools.
• Fluent English in reading, writing, and conversation.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to describe software designs at both high and low levels of abstraction.
