What you will do

• Develop and enhance trading applications by designing, implementing, and delivering complex software systems.
• Build scalable solutions for high-frequency and low-latency automated trading.
• Optimize systems that process massive amounts of data while maintaining high performance and stability.
• Develop a thorough understanding of trading, market-making, strategies, market data, and low-latency systems.
• Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, infrastructure teams, and strategy developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or related discipline.
• At least five years of experience designing and developing applications with modern C++ on Linux.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of full-lifecycle development, performance optimization, and latency reduction.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex applications that meet demanding performance and scalability requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience developing trading applications.
• Knowledge of financial products.
