Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Spravato Treatment Clinician

Location: Bel Air, Maryland; on-site monitoring at partner therapist offices within an agreed-upon radius

hirify.global provides structured outpatient access to evidence-based depression treatment, including Spravato® sessions delivered through partner therapist offices.

What you will do

• Conduct psychiatric intake evaluations and screen patients for Spravato eligibility.
• Prescribe Spravato and initiate insurance prior authorization documentation.
• Provide on-site clinical support during Spravato dosing sessions.
• Monitor patients for at least two hours, including vital signs, safety, symptoms, anxiety, dissociation, and other clinical changes.
• Complete clinical documentation and coordinate patient flow with operations and partner sites.
• Maintain a calm and safe environment for small cohorts of typically three to four patients.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration and willingness to associate it with partner site addresses as needed.
• Comfort with outpatient monitoring and responding to clinical changes.
• Strong documentation skills, reliability, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Willingness to complete required Spravato® REMS-related training.
• Availability for part-time or per-diem, in-person work at partner therapist offices.

Nice to have

• Psychiatric experience.
• Experience with ketamine or esketamine, TMS, infusion, or similar patient-monitoring workflows.
