Child & Adolescent Therapist - Resident in Counseling (LPC-R) (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Centreville, Virginia and Vienna, Virginia; virtual and in-person therapy services. Availability required after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $40,000–$105,000 USD annually. The LPC-R part-time track includes a $40,000 base plus $65 per session beyond the base caseload.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults ages 2–26, and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families and support engagement in treatment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic approaches that support long-term progress.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Focus on family-centered, high-touch pediatric mental health services.

Requirements

• Active Virginia license required: LCSW, LPC, LPC-R or Resident in Counseling, LMFT, LMSW, or SiSW.
• At least one year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• At least one year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Availability after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
