PSA Grader (Trading Cards)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; work from the Germany office

Salary: €50,000–€55,000 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Authenticate and evaluate sports, non-sports, and trading card game cards according to PSA standards.
• Apply PSA processing procedures and grading protocols while maintaining accuracy and expedient throughput.
• Meet individual daily grading production goals and maintain the quality of graded products.
• Research industry developments, counterfeits, and card alteration methods.
• Improve grading expertise through personal research, experience, monthly meetings, and retraining sessions.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the development of the PSA Grading Team.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in Germany is required.
• Conversational English proficiency is required for clear verbal and written communication.
• Firsthand knowledge of trading cards, tickets, and other sports, non-sports, and TCG collectibles.
• Expert knowledge of counterfeits and card-doctoring methods across collectible categories.
• Expert-level understanding of card grading systems and standards.
• Strong research, problem-solving, organization, attention-to-detail, and sustained-focus skills; 1–3 years of direct grading experience as a professional, dealer, or collector.
