Senior Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Seattle, WA, United States

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 annually, plus performance-based annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Design and animate product-led motion that explains product value, AI workflows, and UI interactions without relying on traditional screen recordings.
• Create product demos, social-first videos, keynote content, launch assets, and brand videos.
• Own video production from editing through final delivery, including pacing, music, voiceover synchronization, sound design, color correction, and finishing.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product Design, and Brand to turn product capabilities into clear visual narratives.
• Refine motion systems and production workflows while maintaining high creative quality across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong knowledge of motion design principles.
• Strong video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including editing to music and voiceover.
• Experience with Jitter or similar tools for UI animation and social content.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Runway.
• Experience creating motion content for technology companies, startups, or product-led organizations.
• A portfolio demonstrating product marketing, UI motion, visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts through motion.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Spline for 3D motion design.
• Working knowledge of Figma and direct collaboration with product design files.
• Experience creating Lottie animations with Bodymovin or similar workflows.
• Familiarity with Frame.io or comparable creative review platforms.
• Experience editing podcast or long-form video content.
