Group Product Manager (CPaaS)

What you will do

• Organize, coordinate, and guide product teams to improve alignment and delivery efficiency.
• Conduct market research and product discovery to inform product direction and understand stakeholder needs.
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements.
• Plan and prioritize work to maximize delivery impact across product areas.
• Support product development, perform final product testing, validate quality, and maintain documentation.
• Represent products internally and externally while collaborating with development, sales, marketing, leadership, and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product leadership as a Group Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple product teams or product areas.
• Strong record of aligning product development with business strategy and driving measurable impact.
• Experience with product discovery, delivery, optimization, prioritization, and process improvement.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication is required.
