TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (CPaaS): Leading the discovery, definition, building, launching, and scaling of cloud communication products with an accent on product vision, strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on scaling CPaaS and SaaS solutions through private cloud, public cloud integrations, and automated provisioning of network, compute, and storage resources.
Location: Zagreb, Croatia; preference for candidates located in a country where operates and within GMT ±3 hours

What you will do
- Discover customer needs and market problems while aligning product decisions with business objectives.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for dedicated products.
- Communicate product vision and serve as the subject matter expert for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build products with engineering and design teams and remove launch-readiness roadblocks.
- Scale products using private cloud, public cloud integrations, and IaaS capabilities.
- Mentor Associates and influence stakeholders across management, engineering, marketing, and sales.
Requirements
- Engineering background or relevant engineering experience.
- Experience across the end-to-end software product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
- Experience with market research, product testing, go-to-market strategies, and product management process optimization.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, LeSS, Kanban, or similar approaches.
- Ability to influence decision-making, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
- Fluent English required; employment is in the country of residence and citizenship.
