Senior Events Manager (Sports Nutrition)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end events strategy and calendar for Myprotein.
• Develop and deliver large-scale B2B, influencer-led, flagship, PR-driven, and multi-market events.
• Lead, coach, and develop an events team, event staff, and external agencies.
• Manage activation budgets, supplier negotiations, logistics, scheduling, permits, compliance, and health and safety.
• Partner with senior leadership, internal teams, industry partners, clients, vendors, speakers, talent, and influencers.
• Lead on-site delivery and complete post-event reporting, ROI analysis, and insight sharing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of event management experience, including senior or leadership-level experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, influencer-focused, and PR-driven brand events from concept through execution.
• Experience managing multiple complex, high-profile events simultaneously.
• Confident senior stakeholder, partner, client, vendor, and executive-level engagement.
• Experience owning event budgets, negotiating high-value contracts, and securing cost-effective solutions.
• Experience leading and mentoring an events team, with strong strategic planning, risk management, and crisis management skills.
