What you will do

  • Build and maintain Python-based software for investment research and trading.
  • Develop core tooling and software frameworks.
  • Build data pipelines that feed predictive models used in research and trading.
  • Develop software products used by traders and researchers worldwide.
  • Collaborate with experienced software developers and quantitative researchers to solve problems at scale.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Math, Physics, Quantitative Finance, or Financial Engineering/MFE.
  • Up to 4 years of experience in software development, quantitative development, or a similar role.
  • Experience with Python, Git, and Linux.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with C++, Rust, KDB+/q, JavaScript, TypeScript, or React.
  • Experience with database management systems and SQL.
  • Experience in investment or financial businesses.
