About the Role

You will process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, send clients information about events and election choices, collate client instructions, prepare client bookings, post dividends, reconcile synthetic dividends, handle client and helpdesk queries, process stock transfers, update internal systems, resolve reconciliation issues, and work rotational shifts.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of corporate action events
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Familiarity with risks associated with corporate action events, including client money
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork
• Good communication skills
• Ability to provide support beyond assigned responsibilities
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events within IG systems
• Send client emails describing corporate action events and election choices
• Collate client instructions
• Prepare client bookings
• Post client dividends across product ranges and IG systems
• Reconcile synthetic dividends
• Handle client and helpdesk queries
• Process stock transfers
• Update internal systems accurately
• Resolve reconciliation issues arising from corporate action events
• Work rotational shifts
