What you will do
- Lead end-to-end customer-partnered programs that deploy emerging AI capabilities into production.
- Manage program scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery workstreams.
- Pressure-test new product capabilities in real-world environments and identify edge cases, integration challenges, and production gaps.
- Translate customer and field insights into actionable product requirements and collaborate with product and engineering leads on prioritization.
- Coordinate engineers, data scientists, designers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Facilitate customer workshops, working sessions, and technical discussions while defining production-readiness standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in tech consulting, technical program management, or delivery.
- Ability to solve complex client problems, build alignment, and manage high-stakes technical projects.
- Systems-thinking skills connecting software architecture, user feedback, and business objectives.
- Curiosity about AI, industrial technology, time-series data, LLMs, and enterprise platform architectures.
- Ability to communicate complex technical challenges clearly to clients and engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML systems, LLM applications, or agentic workflows.
- Exposure to industrial data, including time-series data, sensor data, knowledge graphs, or Data Fusion.
- Experience in fast-paced product environments with rapid iteration cycles.
