What you will do
- Plan and operate overseas gaming communities according to product market strategy and game version schedules.
- Develop and execute community strategies and objectives.
- Schedule, publish, and evaluate game version content across community channels.
- Optimize Discord community functions based on player needs and preferences.
- Collect and report player feedback and sentiment while monitoring competing products and new genre releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in English as a working language and proficiency in Chinese are required.
- At least 3 years of experience operating large overseas gaming communities, particularly on Discord.
- Experience developing and implementing community and platform management strategies.
- Deep gaming experience with overseas titles and familiarity with shooter or competitive game genres.
- Strong communication, execution, collaboration, and ownership skills.
