Community Lead (Hospitality)

Location: Medellín, Colombia; on-site in the building 5 days per week

What you will do

• Lead hospitality and member engagement, anticipating needs and providing personalized support throughout the member journey.
• Resolve member feedback and complex escalations using NPS data, while implementing service improvements.
• Coordinate community events and support desk coverage during business hours.
• Own building operating standards, service requests, move-in and move-out processes, maintenance work orders, and health and safety compliance.
• Manage controllable operating costs and partner with Leasing on tours, ancillary sales, upgrades, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism.
• 3+ years of professional experience in hospitality, multi-unit retail, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using data, Qualtrics, or CRM tools such as Salesforce to support decision-making and improve member satisfaction.
• High accountability, strong work ethic, compassion, and self-awareness in professional interactions.
