What you will do
- Monitor LATAM community chat conversations and enforce community guidelines.
- Start discussions, encourage positive player participation, and provide assistance to community members.
- Resolve player conflicts impartially and escalate recurring issues or serious situations.
- Review chat activity, identify trends and problematic behavior, and share player feedback.
- Coordinate promotions and events, communicate campaigns and platform features, and process rewards accurately.
- Share communication suggestions and apply current community moderation practices.
Requirements
