Content Marketing Coordinator (AI)

hirify.global is a fast-growing Series A startup building the context layer for AI coding agents and a platform for AI-native software development.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end content calendar and coordinate the publishing pipeline across engineering, marketing, and DevRel.
• Manage social media distribution and YouTube publishing, ensuring consistent UTM tracking and brand alignment.
• Build and maintain automations to surface developer community threads and draft contextual responses.
• Moderate social channels and YouTube, triaging feedback and flagging sensitive content.
• Produce monthly developer-community signal reports to inform product and marketing strategy.
• Support the team with ad-hoc marketing production requests and identify opportunities for workflow automation.

Requirements

• Strong written English and excellent judgment regarding public tone.
• Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube Studio.
• Proven experience using AI tools to build workflows or applications.
• Must be able to work from the London HQ at least 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
• Ability to work across functions and manage multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Reddit/Hacker News community norms.
• Basic fluency in Notion or Linear.
• Experience with no-code tools or lightweight scripting.
