What you will do

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Management and IT Disaster Recovery frameworks.
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning, testing, execution, simulations, and post-test improvement actions with IT and technology teams.
• Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments across business and IT functions.
• Develop, review, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery documentation, recovery strategies, and procedures.
• Track BCM and DR action plans, prepare management reports, dashboards, and metrics, and support regulatory and audit assessments.
• Work with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders to implement resilience requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery, or IT risk and resilience roles.
• Strong understanding of DR technologies, IT infrastructure, and application recovery concepts.
• Knowledge of BCM lifecycle activities, including business impact analysis, risk assessment, strategy development, and testing.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SAMA requirements related to BCM, DR, and operational resilience.
• Good skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English is required; Arabic is an advantage. Fresh graduates are not eligible.
