Senior Solutions Engineer, French Speaking Africa (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, Dubai, UAE; up to 50% travel is required for customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and collaboration with teammates.

What you will do

• Map customer initiatives and business problems to hirify.global solutions.
• Partner with sales teams to understand requirements and support enterprise customer engagements.
• Build relationships and technical champions across customer organizations.
• Develop and present technical presentations for enterprise stakeholders.
• Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
• Create technical content and represent hirify.global at developer, cybersecurity, technology, community, and industry events.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English and French is required.
• Experience as a Solutions Engineer or in another customer-facing technical role involving CDN, security, networking, or SaaS.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Dubai, UAE, and travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Arabic language skills.
• Knowledge of customer network and application architectures, including Azure, AWS, and GCP hybrid environments.
• Experience with application and network security, SaaS environments, VPN, remote access, SIEM, and log analytics.
• Knowledge of routing, subnetting, split tunnels, SD-WAN, DDoS, malware, phishing, and CDN competition.
• Experience communicating network and security transformation concepts to senior executives.
