TL;DR
Product Manager (Network APIs) (Telecom, Digital Identity): Shaping and scaling network-native APIs for authentication, identity verification, and fraud prevention with an accent on product strategy, customer discovery, and API-first product development. Focus on balancing established products with 0-to-1 incubation, coordinating global launches, and translating telecom and technical constraints into clear product decisions.
Location: Zagreb, Croatia; flexible hybrid work model with in-person collaboration, remote work, and flexible working hours.

What you will do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Identity Network APIs portfolio covering authentication, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
- Discover and validate customer needs across banking, fintech, e-commerce, and gaming.
- Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to build, launch, and scale APIs.
- Coordinate go-to-market readiness with commercial, marketing, and operator partnerships teams.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Identity Network APIs and monitor competitive and industry developments such as Camara and Open Gateway.
- Scale existing APIs while incubating new products from 0 to 1.
Requirements
- Experience managing products through discovery, validation, delivery, and scaling.
- Strong B2B product management skills, including buyer personas, pricing, go-to-market coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to read API documentation, discuss integration patterns, and translate technical constraints into product decisions.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS.
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations, cross-functional alignment, and product documentation.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, required; willingness to travel internationally.
Nice to have
- Experience in identity verification, fraud prevention, or security-related product domains.
- Experience with API-first or developer-facing products, including API platforms or developer tools.
- Experience managing multi-product portfolios and 0-to-1 incubation initiatives.
