Infra Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Design, build, scale, and optimize infrastructure for deployment across hundreds of distributed environments.
• Solve scalability challenges across multi-cluster Kubernetes environments, multi-cloud setups, and high-ingestion observability pipelines.
• Build configurable data pipelines for resilient ingestion, storage, querying, and analysis of observability data.
• Develop infrastructure as code, improve CI/CD, and automate environment provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Design monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms for high-scale production systems.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product teams, and customers to build scalable developer-friendly infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and at least one major cloud environment: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, and containerized workloads.
• Programming proficiency in Go, Python, or a similar language for automation and tooling.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges independently and build scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with scalable observability stacks such as ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, or OpenTelemetry.
