Human Resources Manager

Location: Geneva office, Switzerland; occasional travel required.

What you will do

• Lead HR operations and advise leaders and employees across France, Switzerland, Tunisia, Poland, Spain, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
• Manage employee relations, provide coaching to leaders, and ensure timely responses to employee concerns.
• Oversee regional payroll, onboarding, offboarding, employment compliance, contracts, and policies.
• Monitor legislative changes and coordinate immigration matters, including visa applications and status tracking.
• Use HR metrics and reporting to support people decisions and collaborate on global HR transformation, systems, and automation projects.
• Manage and support the development of an HR Generalist and an HR Specialist.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of HR experience; financial services experience is preferred.
• Experience with employment law in France and at least one other supported country.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint; Workday and Greenhouse experience is advantageous.
