What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and client innovation teams to identify business problems and define data-driven solutions.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem formulation and data exploration through model development, validation, and deployment.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using advanced statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
- Integrate data from multiple sources with software and data engineers while ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Communicate analytical concepts and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to apply current data science, machine learning, and AI technologies to business challenges.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Strong Python skills and experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and natural language processing.
- Strong statistical modelling, data preprocessing, feature engineering, SQL, and relational database skills.
- Experience shipping software iteratively in a professional engineering team and working effectively in production environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, project management, and client-facing skills.
