Regulatory & Compliance Associate

Location: Must be based in New York, NY

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Track open rulemakings, comment deadlines, and filings to ensure company compliance.
• Draft and shepherd regulatory filings while managing board and committee governance.
• Build and maintain internal systems, templates, and briefing documents to improve team productivity.
• Engage directly with federal agencies, including the CFTC and Treasury, as well as state governments.
• Translate rulebook commitments into actionable procedures, metrics, and review cycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work from the office.
• Detail-oriented with excellent executive functioning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with potential requirements for nights and weekends.
• Strong belief in market power and ability to thrive in an environment without rigid processes.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
