Founding Engineer (iOS)

What you will do

• Combine analytics and user research to identify user needs and drive product improvements.
• Propose pragmatic solutions, estimate technical effort and business impact, and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Own features end-to-end, from problem framing and UI/UX design through implementation, testing, and iteration.
• Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, information architecture, micro-interactions, and transitions in Figma.
• Write clean, performant, and well-tested iOS code using Swift and SwiftUI, with potential backend work in Go or Node.js.
• Define success metrics, assess feature impact, uphold engineering practices, and improve the design system.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong product mindset, analytical thinking, and experience making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to prototype quickly and build production-grade systems.
• Strong UI/UX design skills and required proficiency in Figma.
• Experience shipping meaningful features or products for B2C mobile applications.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with backend development in Go or Node.js.
• French language skills.
