What you will do
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements, terms, and contractual arrangements for procurement and connectivity activities.
- Provide legal guidance throughout the development and lifecycle of services, including applicable laws, regulations, and commercial risks.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical, business-focused solutions.
- Support legal compliance programmes and promote best practices across the organisation.
- Partner with Legal & Business Integrity, local legal teams, and functions including Intellectual Property, Data Protection, Tax, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Business.
- Develop legal know-how, precedent materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives while supporting commercial, wholesale, and operational teams.
Requirements
- Professionally qualified legal practitioner with experience in a commercial legal role involving complex legal matters, contract negotiation, compliance, and advisory work.
- Strong experience reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts in English.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and awareness of legal and commercial developments relevant to telecommunications, procurement, and connectivity services.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to provide clear, timely, and practical legal advice to senior stakeholders.
