Central Compliance Junior Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Monitor industry legislation and compliance requirements affecting cabin, flight, ground, safety, security, planning, and crew operations.
• Design, manage, and optimize the central compliance monitoring framework across operational functions.
• Create and maintain annual compliance monitoring plans covering audits, inspections, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audit preparation and closure of findings.
• Develop safety and compliance reports, including EASA Part-IS monitoring activities.
• Lead governance meetings and cross-functional compliance projects, including root cause analyses and corrective action plans.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and auditing skills.
• Advanced computer user skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation.
• SMS, auditing, and relevant internal IMSM training.
