Process Excellence Manager - Circular Operations

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid

hirify.global provides a circular office-furniture subscription service in which furniture is reused, returned, inspected and refurbished for new customers.

What you will do

• Define, standardize and continuously improve end-to-end Circular Operations processes across markets.
• Analyze operational data and performance insights to identify bottlenecks, deviations, root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Define KPIs and develop delivery performance reporting and dashboards covering capacity, cost, quality and performance.
• Drive practical improvements across warehouse operations, last-mile delivery, installation, returns and refurbishment.
• Create and maintain SOPs and operational blueprints that establish clear, scalable ways of working.
• Work with regional Delivery Teams, external operational partners and the enablement team to ensure adoption and turn processes into scalable training and knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in process excellence, continuous improvement or operational performance.
• Experience defining, standardizing and improving end-to-end operational processes.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to use operational data to identify root causes.
• Experience defining meaningful KPIs and using performance insights to drive improvements.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to connect operational performance with cost, quality and customer experience.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional improvements without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, last-mile delivery, installation or refurbishment.
• Experience working with complex operational flows in another environment.
