Lead QA Engineer (Data focus)

What you will do

• Drive product quality through functional and automated testing for the Sync ingestion platform.
• Build and maintain automated tests for data-pipeline workflows.
• Work with AI-based testing agents to generate and automate tests.
• Implement existing AI test agents in the Sync repository.
• Collaborate with engineers and testers across the project.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software-testing experience.
• Experience serving as a team or technical lead.
• Strong functional, backend, and test-automation experience.
• Experience owning product quality and testing data platforms.
• Required: Python and strong SQL skills.
• Must be based in Brazil, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Robot Framework experience.
• Interest in or experience with AI-assisted testing and AI agents.
