Senior Narrative Designer (FPS)

What you will do

• Take narrative ownership of an unannounced AAA first-person shooter developed on UE5.
• Join the Narrative team working on a major AAA FPS title.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Writing teams to communicate the story through gameplay.
• Help shape the creative direction and quality of the project.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in narrative or game design.
• Excellent knowledge of contemporary AAA/AA design theory and practices.
• Proven game scripting experience with Blueprints.
• Russian speaker with solid English speaking and writing skills.
• Self-driven approach and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience developing PC or console games.
• Experience working in multinational, English-language teams.
