Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with two days per week in the Tower Bridge office on Tuesdays and Thursdays

What you will do

• Own delivery end to end within a small, experienced engineering team.
• Design and build services across the frontend and backend using JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Clojure, and other languages.
• Make autonomous technical decisions and choose effective implementation approaches.
• Own testing and quality practices in an environment without a dedicated QA function.
• Build expertise in the UK energy market and help shape solutions for consumers and energy suppliers.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience building frontends with JavaScript, React, or similar technologies.
• Confidence designing backend APIs and working with databases.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar programming languages quickly and become productive.
• Pragmatic approach to solving business and consumer problems.
• Curiosity about customer and energy-supplier challenges, with a commitment to continuous development.
