InfoSec Management & Compliance Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Hungary (Debrecen). Open only to candidates currently based in Hungary with the legal right to live and work in Hungary.

What you will do

• Define and implement the security framework for the enterprise data lakehouse, including RBAC, ABAC, and column- and row-level security.
• Lead compliance programs covering GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS.
• Conduct data risk assessments and threat modeling for platform components and data pipelines.
• Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines and data workflows in partnership with platform teams.
• Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, audit response, evidence collection, and compliance documentation.
• Oversee encryption, data classification, security incident response, root cause analysis, remediation, and security training.

Requirements

• 8+ years of information security experience, including 3+ years in data or cloud platform security.
• Strong knowledge of AWS IAM/KMS, Azure Purview/Defender, and GCP Security Command Center.
• Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog, Snowflake RBAC, or equivalent lakehouse security layers.
• Experience managing SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001 frameworks, plus experience with SIEM, DLP, and security monitoring platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field, with strong communication skills for executive and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP certification.
• Experience with zero trust architecture and data fabric security models.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model security and responsible AI governance.
