TL;DR
Senior Java Developer (WildFly/Enterprise Applications): Maintaining and extending Java enterprise applications while developing new features and solutions for industrial and manufacturing customers with an accent on WildFly, ORM frameworks, messaging, databases, and infrastructure. Focus on resolving production issues, improving application reliability, and using AI-assisted development tools across remote customer projects.
Location: Poland, fully remote. Occasional access to customers’ private environments and travel to the Nordics once or twice per year may be required.

What you will do
- Maintain and enhance existing Java enterprise applications.
- Design and develop new features and solutions based on business requirements.
- Investigate and resolve software defects, production issues, and technical problems.
- Work with databases, messaging systems, containers, virtual machines, and related infrastructure.
- Improve application reliability and maintainability while using AI-assisted development tools to increase development efficiency.
- Provide software expertise to sales and project teams and collaborate remotely with customers and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Senior-level commercial experience in Java development.
- Strong hands-on experience with WildFly and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with messaging technologies, preferably RabbitMQ.
- Practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database.
- Understanding of containers, virtual machines, and enterprise application infrastructure.
- Confident English communication and availability to work remotely from Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as AWS Kiro or comparable solutions.
- Experience in welding, industrial, or manufacturing domains.
