Law Enforcement Specialist – UAE (Cryptocurrency): Coordinating Binance responses to authorised UAE law enforcement requests for user, transaction, and other information with an accent on legal validation, secure data disclosure, and cross-functional investigations. Focus on supporting fraud, financial crime, money laundering, sanctions, and cybercrime cases while managing relationships with Dubai Police and other UAE authorities.

What you will do
- Act as a key contact for Dubai Police and other UAE law enforcement agencies, regulators, and government authorities.
- Receive, assess, validate, and coordinate responses to authorised requests for user, transaction, and other information.
- Coordinate the collection, preservation, and secure disclosure of relevant data in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work with Legal, Compliance, Investigations, Security, Risk, and Operations teams on sensitive requests and investigations.
- Maintain accurate records and identify trends, recurring issues, and emerging risks from law enforcement requests.
- Support procedures, guidance, and internal education for UAE law enforcement engagement and response processes.
Requirements
- Experience working with UAE law enforcement agencies, regulators, or government authorities, ideally including Dubai Police.
- Experience handling information requests, subpoenas, production orders, court orders, or similar government requests.
- Background in law enforcement, government, financial crime, compliance, investigations, legal, or a related field.
- Understanding of AML, financial crime, fraud, cybercrime, or cryptocurrency-related investigations.
- Experience handling sensitive, confidential, and potentially high-risk information, with strong judgement and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisation, and multitasking skills are also required.

- Existing relationships or experience engaging with Dubai Police and other UAE authorities.
- Experience in the cryptocurrency, digital-asset, fintech, or financial-services industry.
