AMS Test Specialist

Location: Bioggio, Canton Ticino, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working available

What you will do

• Manage release processes for hirify.global product changes, including monthly client releases and hot fixes.
• Coordinate and plan SIT, UAT, and end-of-period test campaigns for clients.
• Ensure test environment availability, refresh environments, coordinate software installations, and assess environment readiness.
• Manage client acceptance environment usage plans across projects and AMS.
• Track defects, test results, reporting, testing tools, and statistics for management and clients.
• Perform compliance and audit key controls and contribute to continuous improvement of test management procedures.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of test concepts and methodologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in the banking and/or finance industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Jira.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Structured, rigorous, client-oriented, and collaborative approach.
• Ability and flexibility to work in a highly challenging environment.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Experience with the hirify.global banking system solution.
