Manager, Strategy (FinTech)

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans that support organizational growth and improve internal processes.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and align initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee strategy implementation, cross-functional integration, and governance of strategic projects.
• Create and present data-driven reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Support regulatory and internal audits, including compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformational initiatives to optimize performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in program management, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar regulatory audits and a strong understanding of compliance standards.
• Experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong business and data analysis skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in change management, workshop facilitation, and leading strategic discussions.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
