What you will do

• Design and pressure-test member scenarios used to evaluate the Benefits Navigation Agent.
• Help validate evaluation rubrics and grade AI-generated benefits guidance for accuracy and coverage.
• Identify incorrect coverage statements and cases where the agent crosses into legal, tax, or clinical advice.
• Provide written feedback on how responses can be improved.
• Contribute benefits, claims, regulatory, compliance, or member advocacy expertise to define correctness and hard-fail boundaries.

Requirements

• Meaningful hands-on experience in benefits administration, plan design, payer or claims operations, benefits regulatory or compliance work, member advocacy, or supplemental health solutions.
• Based in Canada or the United States, with working knowledge of the relevant benefits and insurance landscape.
• Strong understanding of where accurate benefits guidance ends and regulated legal, tax, or clinical advice begins.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable for deadline-driven asynchronous work.
• Ability to access and use Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools responsibly, with attention to accuracy, bias, quality, and data security.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating or validating AI products or conducting structured content and quality reviews.
• Familiarity with self-funded and fully insured plans, accumulators, coordination of benefits, or claims adjudication.
• Interest in the use of AI for benefits navigation.
