Associate Agile Delivery Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate delivery across 2–3 Agile teams by tracking sprints, releases, blockers, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence and prepare reporting on progress, risks, and release readiness.
• Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks, test improvements, and measure their impact.
• Act as a delivery contact for Product, Engineering, QA, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Monitor CI/CD failures and technical issues, using AI tools to improve reporting and reduce repetitive work.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Computing, Project Management, or Data/Analytics, or a relevant Agile, Scrum, or delivery certification.
• Hands-on experience in an Agile software delivery team using Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence and a solid understanding of sprints, releases, and Release Trains.
• Ability to analyze delivery data, identify causes of problems, and evaluate whether improvements worked.
• Clear communication across Product, Engineering, QA, and Commercial, with sound judgement about escalation and constructive challenge.
• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work.
