Working Student – Product Data & Analytics (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; remote work possible. Work from home can be arranged individually, including up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU.

Salary: €16.50–€17.25 per hour; part-time working student position.

What you will do

• Analyze product and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau to track product performance and business KPIs.
• Prepare datasets, measure outcomes, and evaluate feature performance in product experiments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and AI specialists on data-driven product improvements.
• Explore AI and Generative AI tools to improve internal processes and customer experience.
• Present findings, recommendations, experiment results, and best practices to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing data through university, internship, or personal projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate data insights clearly.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with an understanding of KPIs and business metrics.
• Interest in AI technologies and practical experience with ChatGPT or other Generative AI applications.
• Basic Python knowledge; SQL, Databricks, BigQuery, Jira, and Confluence familiarity are beneficial.
